Custom Indigenous drum made of deer hide – spiritual creation and Innu craftsmanship

Each custom drum I create is a meeting between your intention and my ancestral knowledge as an Innu drummer.

In my culture, only those who have received this spiritual calling can make them. Each creation is therefore unique, guided by respect for traditions and by the energy of the moment.

I handcraft each drum here in Quebec, using Canadian deer hide mounted on a natural wood frame harvested from Nitassinan.

The design, colors, and symbols are chosen according to the vision, meaning, or intention you wish to give it.

The deep, resonant sound of the drum promotes meditation, healing, and spiritual connection.

Each beat is reminiscent of the heartbeat of Mother Earth, inviting presence, listening, and harmony.
