Collection: Traditions and sacred plants
Indigenous peoples have always maintained a deep connection with the plants of the land.
They are not just remedies: they are spiritual allies, teachers, offerings to Mother Earth.
I choose each plant carefully, according to the seasons and natural cycles.
Among them, Labrador tea, hand-picked on Nitassinan, occupies a special place.
Known for its purifying and soothing properties, it accompanies moments of contemplation, ceremonies and healing rituals.
Its woody and resinous flavor is reminiscent of the boreal forest, moss, wind, and silence.
It invites us to slow down, to breathe, to reconnect with what is essential.
In this section, I share plants and traditions from my cultural heritage, always with respect for the land and the life it shelters.
