Each drum I create is born from ancient knowledge passed down within my family of Ilnu drummers.

In my culture, only those who have received this spiritual calling can make them. I continue this tradition with the same intention and humility as my ancestors, making each piece entirely by hand, here in Quebec.

This hand-painted drum is crafted from Quebec deer hide and mounted on a natural wood frame harvested from Nitassinan.

The design I paint on the skin is not chosen at random: it emerges from a vision, a memory, or a message from the land. Each symbol, each color carries a spiritual meaning, a dialogue between the visible and the invisible.

Its timbre is deep and resonant. It evokes the heartbeat of Mother Earth and accompanies meditation, ceremonies, or moments of introspection.

It is an instrument of connection, a bridge between worlds, a work of soul and resonance.

Each drum is unique. The natural nuances of the skin, the texture of the wood, and the brushstrokes make it a living creation, impossible to reproduce.

The drum comes with its mallet, ready to vibrate to the rhythm of prayer, song or silence.
